What is the Edge Banding Carbide Scraper ?KIMHOO's knives are manufactured from high quality carbide and to dimensional tolerances that meet or exceed OEM specifications. All knives delivered to customers are not only sharp without burrs, but also last longer sharpness with the unique heat treatment.
Edge banding carbide scraper for breaking edges, smoothing curves and cleaning thin plastic edges. Smooth the imperfections made by cutters during the routing process with three detents made specifically for 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm radii. Use the scraper to also ensure flush trimming of plastic edge banding.

Q2. How to ensure good quality from you?
A: All products will go through inspection at least 3 times:
Material checking: Use the same batch of material, to make carbide pieces to test the compositions and mechanical properties, like density, hardness, bending strength, Cobalt Magnetism, etc.
Semi product checking: Main checking the
Final product checking: Check all data and compare it to the target sample we made.

Q3: How long is the delivery time?

Q5: How to replace the carbide insert blades?
Step 1. When you need to change a cutting edge, please clean the blade and rotate it 90 degrees.
Note: There is a mark point on the blade surface to ensure the same orientation and avoid the wrong replacement of new and old
blade faces.
Step 2. Gently press the blade and slide it a few times to make the bottom surface of the blade fit the tool holder, and lock the
screw clockwise, the blade will automatically press against the knife holder positioning table.
Note: In order to ensure that the screws and screw holes will not be seized or rusted, the screws need to be lubricated with oil
when changing the blade.
Step 3. Please carefully check whether the blade is correctly placed on the tool holder to avoid breaking the blade or non-smooth
surface of the cutting edge when locking the blade.
Step 4. Please check the blade before use. If it is broken, please replace it immediately to avoid accidents and damage to the
product. Check the screws frequently to avoid loosening of the screws.
